Director of Education & Admission-Nishia Walker

     Nishia Walker originally from Fort Worth, Texas is a passionate and dedicated coach with a proven track record of success. With over 20 years of experience in coaching at the college, junior college, NAIA, and high school levels, Nishia has helped numerous student-athletes achieve their dreams of playing collegiate sports.

     Since starting her coaching career in 2002, she has sent over 20 kids to college on athletic scholarships, providing them with the opportunity to further their education while excelling in their chosen sport. Nishia's commitment to her players' success both on and off the field sets her apart as a coach who truly cares about the development and future of her athletes. 

      We prioritize recognizing and nurturing the unique strengths, interests, skills, abilities, and knowledge of each student. Every individual is valued and provided with a personalized learning plan to support them in achieving their full potential.

Director of Operation & Boys Coach-Donald Walker

      Donald Walker originally from Atlanta, GA is a dedicated coach with over 15 years of experience in the field. He began his coaching career in 2005, working with students in both college and high school settings in Crowley ISD and Dallas ISD. Donald is passionate about teaching and developing skills through training, and he has helped many young athletes reach their full potential.

   One of his proudest achievements is sending numerous students to college on athletic scholarships, providing them with opportunities for higher education and future success. With a strong commitment to helping others succeed, Donald continues to inspire and motivate those around him to reach their goals both on and off the field.

  Our program creates a supportive family atmosphere for students to thrive in. We offer a trustworthy and dependable platform, recognizing that each student has unique needs. This sense of stability provides students with a newfound security. As our program evolves to meet the needs of our students, we all work together to elevate it to new heights.

Head Girls Basketball-Taylor Johnston

      Taylor Johnston, originally from Dallas, Texas, has made a name for herself in the world of basketball coaching and player development. With experience coaching at both the high school and grassroots levels, Taylor has a proven track record of success, leading her teams to multiple championships and accolades. After a successful playing career that included being named to various All-Conference and All-District teams,

    Taylor transitioned into coaching, where she has continued to excel. As a former Assistant Varsity Girls' Basketball Coach and Head Coach of a 17U Nike EYBL team, Taylor has demonstrated her ability to lead, motivate, and develop young athletes. In addition to her coaching roles, Taylor also works as a 6th Grade Computer Technology Teacher, helping students develop essential computer skills for the future.

   Her passion for teaching and coaching shines through in everything she does, whether on the court or in the classroom. With a dedication to teamwork, perseverance, and player development, Taylor Johnston is a rising star in the world of basketball coaching.

      The goal is to assist students in uncovering their interests, passions, and true selves. Every student deserves a mentor, someone who will always support them, recognize the importance of connection, and push them to reach their full potential.
